This is a good description of the Rosicrucian order, without giving away the inner secrets of the order. I'm not a member of this group but this book gave a thorough description of those items the Rosicrucians can share. It intrigued me enough to follow up and check out the AMORC website and to look up the local chapter in my city. If you have an interest , this is a good book to review. Be aware that it does pull you into the rather deep rabbit hole for this and other modern occult groups if you choose to pursue it.
If you are interested in studying about the Rosicrucuians and what they believe, then this book is definitely for you. Very informative.
Enjoyed reading about the Rosicrucian society and what they are about. This touches briefly on some of the teachings but like most of these organizations, you have to become a member to really know the true text of their teachings.
Written many decades ago, the book covers basic definitions, governance and exoteric knowledge of AMORC. You’ll get basic information on R+C teachings and perspectives on their work.
The Rosicrucian Manual clearly helps non members such as myself to further understand the Rosicrucian Ideals and Principles . There are many rumors being spread about the Rosicrucianism and that they are different from what they claim they are and that a person should not get involved in anything that is kept hidden or secret from the eyes of the public . Individuals says that A person should not get involved with such groups as AMORC because , " curiosity kills the cat " . In reading this manual a person will understand why the teachings are hidden to only members which i find a valid reason for . This book is written by a known Rosicrucian leader, and founder of the public modern day movement. That alone is worth the money, because there is so much disinformation planted in its history. That has been to protect them from exploiters. There is no nefarious motives at any level of Rosicrucianism that I have been able to find. This is what sets them apart from a cheap copy of them in the form of the Rosae Croix level of Freemasonry. If you are interested in some solid basis of understanding of Rosicrucianism, this seems to be a balanced book on the topic written by someone with authority. The other book I could recommend is the one by Magus Icognito, the Secrets of the Rosicrucians. This is the only substantial way to learn of the topic, with all the sound bites and snippets of opinions on the Internet to the contrary. That's my best estimate, after a year of searching for substantial information online.

Im an amorc member myself so I enjoy these types of books. I am sure I know most if not more than whats in this book, but I like to see the past of amorc and compare to todays information. I will update this review if my opinion changes after reading it.
This explains a great deal of what the Rosicrucians are about. I enjoyed it. You get it for free because they don't charge for their information.
